Terms & Conditions

By registering as a Merchant on TruBaazaar, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Correct Information: At the time of registration I will provide my name, shop or business name, address, mobile number, bank details, GST and any other required information correctly and completely.
2. Documents and KYC: I agree to provide the KYC and business documents TruBaazaar asks for, in correct and valid form.
3. Responsibility for Products and Services: The Merchant is responsible for the quality, price, availability and warranty of the products or services they offer, and for the information given to the customer about them.
4. Correct Pricing and Information: The Merchant will not display the price, discount, offer, stock or any other detail of a product or service in a wrong or misleading way.
5. Customer Service: The Merchant will handle customer orders, delivery, replacement, return, warranty and complaints in accordance with TruBaazaar's applicable policies.
6. Prohibited Activities: The Merchant will not list or sell any illegal, counterfeit, restricted or unlawful product or service on the TruBaazaar platform.
7. Payment and Settlement: Payment and settlement will reach the Merchant according to TruBaazaar's prescribed process and rules, and after the applicable fees and charges.
8. Tax and Legal Compliance: Complying with GST, tax, licences, registrations and every other legal and government requirement relating to the Merchant's business is the Merchant's own responsibility.
9. Confidentiality of Customer Data: The Merchant will not misuse a customer's personal information, share it without authorisation, or use it for any other commercial purpose.
10. Account Security: The Merchant is responsible for keeping their login ID, password, OTP and other account information safe.
11. Wrong Information or Fraud: In the event of wrong information, fraud, misrepresentation, fake orders, payment manipulation or any other irregular activity, TruBaazaar has the right to suspend, restrict or terminate the merchant account.
12. Changes to the Rules: TruBaazaar may change these terms and conditions, policies, charges or merchant guidelines from time to time as required. Continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect may be treated as acceptance of the revised rules.
13. Account Suspension or Termination: If these terms and conditions are breached, TruBaazaar may suspend or terminate the merchant account temporarily or permanently without prior notice, where the applicable law permits it.
14. Compliance with Law: The Merchant will use the TruBaazaar platform in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of India.
15. Declaration: I declare that all the information and documents provided by me are correct. I have read the TruBaazaar Merchant Terms & Conditions, and having understood them, I accept them.
